The clinical standard

Medicine built to optimize your life, not just how long you survive.

Every protocol is prescribed and supervised by licensed physicians, dispensed only by licensed US compounding pharmacies — HSA/FSA eligible, no insurance required. Real clinical care, not a vending machine.

The founders

Built by people who needed it first.

"I built my career at the expense of my biology. HARP exists because I needed it first, and I'm bringing it to market because every high-performer deserves access to the same science."

Jon spent two decades building companies and leading teams at the highest levels of business and AI. He was winning professionally and losing biologically — out of shape overweight, energy gone, sleep wrecked, running on fumes while the business demanded everything.

When the switch flipped, I did what I always do: went deep. Years in metabolic health, insulin resistance, hormones, peptides, and the science of why high-performing people fall apart physically while their careers thrive.

I got my biology back on my side. Along the way I found a broken stack: semi-annual doctor visits, a wellness industry full of shortcuts, and telehealth that writes a script and disappears. Nobody was putting the whole picture together. So I built HARP, a dual pathway: clinician-supervised telehealth care when medical judgment matters, and an AI membership for the day-to-day long game. Personalized health plus AI, with humans in the loop, not a vial and a prayer, and not an aging-reversal pitch. Education, coaching and dedicated care pathways. AI never diagnoses, treats, or prescribes. Licensed clinicians do.

Mathew Bruneau

Co-Founder

"The science of human optimization has been available to elite athletes and executives for years. We built HARP to make it accessible to everyone who's serious about their health."

Mathew brings deep operational and strategic experience to HARP, having built and scaled health-adjacent businesses across multiple verticals. He's spent years studying the gap between what conventional medicine offers and what the science of longevity actually supports.

His focus at HARP is on building the infrastructure that makes precision medicine accessible — the clinical partnerships, the pharmacy relationships, the AI modeling platform, and the patient experience that turns a prescription into real, lasting results.

Mathew believes the biggest unlock in healthcare isn't a new drug — it's combining clinical rigor with genuine accountability and giving patients the data and guidance to actually use what their physician prescribes.

Our philosophy

What we believe.

We start with a conversation — and build on data.

Your first step is a health intake and a consultation. We listen. We learn what you're dealing with. We make educated recommendations based on experience and research. Then we layer in the real data — labs, biometrics, biomarkers — and your protocol gets sharper with every data point.

We don't do templates.

Your protocol is built for you. Not adapted from a template. Not borrowed from what worked for someone else. Built from your data, for your goals, in the context of your life.

We work alongside your existing medical team.

We don't replace your doctor. All clinical decisions are made by licensed physicians. What we do is fill the gap your doctor can't — the protocol management, the accountability, and the guidance that turns a prescription into actual results.

Your health is not just about you.

It doesn't matter how big your business is. If you're too depleted to enjoy the life you've built — what was the point? You didn't build all of this just for yourself. Treat your health like the responsibility it is.

Clinical advisors
